Policies
Five Terms per Year
We divide the year into five terms. The terms vary in length,
depending on the variances of the year's calendar and our
school system's calendars. Tuition remains the same regardless
of the term length.
Priority Due Date (PDD)
Priority Due Date (PDD) is the date by which our current students
must pay tuition to maintain ‘priority’ and guarantee their
class spot. After the PDD our computer
system electronically deletes unpaid students from the roster
and New Students are placed in class vacancies. The PDD occurs
two weeks in advance of the end of each term. The Priority Due Date for
the Fall Term occurs one month prior to the start of the term.

Student Status: Definitions
NEW STUDENTS
Full payment is required with registration. In the event your
first class choice is not available your entire payment is
of course 100% refundable.
Register as early as possible. As received, New Student registrations
are dated and placed in a holding file until the Priority
Due Date. On the Priority Due Date, the holding file is opened
and we begin placing New Students into classes based on the
order in which we received the registrations. (Note, this
process is time consuming, and your patience is greatly appreciated.)
Assume your first class choice has been
accepted: we will NOT contact
you unless a conflict arises.
CURRENT STUDENTS: (to keep your class
spot)
You must pay tuition by the Priority Due
Date in order to maintain priority status and guarantee
your class spot. The PDD for each term is posted in our Calendar
of Terms, above.
WE DO NOT INVOICE. Your instructor
will announce when registration opens and when the Priority
Due Date is. Notices will be posted throughout the building.
Also, all term dates and Priority Due Dates are posted in
our calendar. We are very aware that deadlines seem harsh to
those who forget to or are unable to pay on time. However
the alternative to rigid deadlines is poorly run, overbooked
classes.
PREVIOUS STUDENTS
Previous Student status is for any member of a family who
has paid the annual Family Membership Fee within the last
twelve months. Previous students are given priority over New
Students but not Current Students. Siblings of a current student
are considered Previous Students.

Joining, Dropping, Changing, Classes Mid-Term
Joining a class after the term begins
No problem, as long as there is a vacancy. Tuition will be
prorated, relative to your start date.
Dropping a class before the end of the
term
There are no prorated refunds or credits for missed classes
or for stopping class before the term is over. Once
the term has commenced, you are in class for the entire term,
regardless of your attendance (except for medical reasons:
see below).
Dropping a class for medical reasons
Medical situations supported by a written
acknowledgement from a licensed medical practitioner
will be extended a credit to be used at a future date and
prorated from the DATE WE RECEIVE the written medical acknowledgement.
Retroactive requests for medical credits will not be granted.
Changing Schedules mid-term
We will accommodate schedule changes within the same
program as long as we have a vacancy in your desired
class. Moving from one program to another is treated as dropping
a class (see above.)

Payment Information
Payment Specifics
Full payment is required with registration. In the event that
your first class choice is not available, your money will
be refunded 100%.
Cash, check, MC, Visa, Discover and American Express are
all accepted.
Fax, mail-in, or online registration is preferred, as it
allows us to process registrations in off-peak hours, allowing
us to better serve you, our client. Also note, we have a tuition
drop-off slot at the counter.
$35.00 Family Membership Fee
This is a flat $35 per family fee which is due upon initial
registration and on your anniversary date. This fee helps
to defray our administrative costs, and, if current, it entitles
all family memmbers to 'Previous Student Status.'
20% Family Discount
At Top Flight, ONLY the most expensive tuition, per term,
in your immediate family pays full price. ALL lesser tuitions
from your immediate family are discounted a full 20%.
100% Tuition-Back Guarantee
We are proud to offer a 100% Tuition-Back Guarantee for all
first time families. If after your family's
first term of classes you are not entirely happy with our
programs we will happily refund 100% of your tuition for that
term (or apply it as credit toward another Top Flight program.)
Note that our money-back guarantee is intended for families
brand new to Top Flight. (Current families with students sampling
programs for the first time will
be extended credit toward future terms.)

Absences and Make-ups
A Punctuality Plea:
Moms, Dads, for the sake of your child as well as all of the
other children, please be on time! Being late is far more
difficult on a child that what many parents realize. In addition,
it greatly distracts the rhythm of the class.
Absences
Tuition pays for your child's spot in your child's class.
However, as a courtesy, Top Flight desires to offer make-ups
when and where it does not interrupt the safety or the quality
of class for those children registered in the class. Make-up
procedures vary program to program, depending on safety concerns,
space, equipment, and teaching ratios. (See below.)
Top Flight reserves the right to refuse a make-up class if
it will degrade the experience of those children who have
registered and paid for that class.
