For kids that love to dance, love to swim,
SPLASHDANCE is for them! Where else can kids swim
for 25 minutes, and then have a 25 minute dance
party underneath our cool disco ball and light show!

- create new customer account and add student OR log in as existing customer
- click on "add a class" and scroll to birthday parties or
select birthday parties from the drop down menu
- click on the date you want next to the type of party you want
- scroll down the page until you find the time you would like.
Select party by clicking on "register" underneath the party
time. (You may view a party's description, as well as what Top
Flight provides and what you need to bring by clicking on "view
description", "included" or "you supply.")
- select date by clicking “Register” (dates may not be in chronological order)
- select student if you have more than one student
- verify that all party information is correct under “pending registrations”
- click on “check out”. After entering credit card information, click “Finish” only once.
- print party confirmation and save for your records

Your choice of party is sure to be action-packed,
entertaining, and hassle-free and can be scheduled on Saturdays
and Sundays.
Parties are not offered during the week due to other program
schedules. Provided by Top Flight:

Suggestion:
With the exception of a Planet Play party, we recommend
keeping the children invited within the same age group. Our
games and activities are specially designed for the age of the
birthday child. |
Deposit:
We require a $50.00 deposit to hold a date and time. Deposit
must be made at the time of the reservation. Deposits are
non-refundable unless cancellation is made 25 days prior to the
party date. Party dates and time may not be changed with less
than 25 days notice. Online Discount- The $15.00 online discount will be applied to
the balance due the day of the party. |
 OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
THREE WEEKS PRIOR TO THE PARTY

guest list to Top Flight or fax to: (860)350-9123.
Please include child’s name, date, time and type of party, RSVP
date, phone number and contact person. The invitations are
custom printed and mailed to you to hand deliver or mail out.
The guests invited to the party RSVP to you.
Please arrive no more than fifteen minutes prior to the start of
your party.
Children three years and younger must be supervised the entire
time by their parent.
Please call Top Flight by the Wednesday prior to the party with
your estimated count of children.
The balance is due the day of the party.
Party Parents are responsible for full payment of all guests
in the party room whether they were originally invited or they
accompanied a sibling into the room.Planet Play is for children ages 1—10. Children over 10 can
only go in if they are helping to supervise younger children.
Paid for
party guests are welcome to play after the party has ended as
long as they are supervised by their parents. Shoes and coats
should be removed from the party room and brought into Planet
Play.
Classic and Swim Parties- These
parties are scheduled in similar time slots. When reserving
Classic and Swim parties please indicate whether the party is
Classic or Swim on the birthday guest list or by phone. It is
important that guests are within the same age group, since both
these parties rely heavily on organized activities. Younger
children playing off to the side will create a distraction while
older children may become bored. Party guests who fall outside
the age group can play in Planet Play and rejoin the party for
cake and gifts.
Pizza may be ordered for your
party. If pizza is to be served, we recommend opening gifts at
home or shortening play time. All parties must end at the
designated time. We recommend ordering your pizza as soon as you
arrive at TopFlight, or the day before if you prefer. You will
need to provide our phone number (350-9121) and the time that
you would like the pizza to arrive at Top Flight. The Holiday
Restaurant will deliver and their phone number is (860)354-9393.
Piņatas are welcome. If you have any special requests or
questions please do not hesitate to ask. |
